August Challenge Update!

How is the August Challenge of planking treating you?  How many times per week are you planking?  Have you noticed a difference yet?

 

I’m planking 2 to 3 times per week.  I try to plank when I get done with my run, but before I take my shower.  It only takes a few minutes.  I’m up to 3 minutes 10 seconds so far.  Where are you?
