I’m planking 2 to 3 times per week. I try to plank when I get done with my run, but before I take my shower. It only takes a few minutes. I’m up to 3 minutes 10 seconds so far. Where are you?

Wow 3 minutes…I am lucky if I can get one minute.
Increase your time by 10 seconds each time you hold the plank. You can do it!
3 times a week in a lot of different positions. Planks rock and are at the very foundation of what I do to stay healthy and in one piece! Have a great weekend!
