Burn some calories on rest day

I know, I know, Sunday is the day most of you rest.  However, it’s never a bad thing for you to do a few of these during rest day to burn off a few calories.  You can even break these up during the day.  Do some after you fold laundry, after vacuuming the house, after dusting, after grocery shopping, the possibilities are endless.  I found this pic on my favorite runner’s blog www.caloriecountingrunnergirl.com, if you haven’t already, you should check her out!
