I know, I know, Sunday is the day most of you rest. However, it’s never a bad thing for you to do a few of these during rest day to burn off a few calories. You can even break these up during the day. Do some after you fold laundry, after vacuuming the house, after dusting, after grocery shopping, the possibilities are endless.
