Blueberries have some amazing antioxidants in them and can also help keep you full longer. Fat free cottage cheese is a great source of protein and calcium. Put these 2 together and you get BREAKFAST or a great nutritious snack! In the photo below, I also added some hemp seeds to up the nutrition value. Hemp seeds are very similar in nutritional value to flax seeds.

2 minute low calorie Blueberry Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese (any brand is fine)
1/4 to 1/3 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed
2 Tbsp Hemp seeds (optional)
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve!
